I have been the victim of 18 months of the following companies in las Vegas: USAPA- Unites States of America Patriotism Awards,The American Freedom Awards Rights Office, LVAAP-Las Vegas Actionable awards Program, National awards Chapter of Las Vegas Actionable Awards Program for the West Coast Office, PSE-Prize
Search Express, all located at P.O.Box 98855 Las Vegas 89193 with John H Rincon an officer on all boards, plus he being an officer on the following: USSA-United Sweepstakes Advisors and NBPI- National Bureau of Prize Information, located at P.O. Box 98335, LV 89193
During the beginning of April, funds were to be Dispursed in the amount of $3,064,720.09, which never arrived. They owe at least $2000.
CRA - Consolidated Research Authority, ripoff,fraudP.O. Box 98845 Las Vegas 89193 Lilliam Moran CEO, Owe at least $500.
PDS - Priority Dispatch Systems, ripoff, Fraud P.O. Box 98961 Las Vegas 89193 cant read signatures. owe at least $500.
EPRP-Elective Prize Research Pool, PO Box 98902, LV 89193 , D.E.P President and also President of (AEPS)-Awardable Entitlement Pooling Systems at the same address.Ripoff, Owe at least $400.
PRO_ Prize Reach Out, Same address as above, V.M. Ray (?) Executive Director, Ripoff Owe at least $500.
NSCC- National Sweepstakes Clearing Center, P.O. Box 5238 Fort Lauderdale Florida 33310, Richard Kohl Shift Super Owe $300.
