USAPA ripoff wants me to send a processing fee of 20.00 dollars for prize award documentation Las Vegas Nevada

This company wants me to send in money in to receive all cash and prize award documentation. And also I got a phone call from some one claming they worked for CAHC and that I won three hundred an eighty five thousand dollars.

And that I needed to come up with two thousand dollars to have it deliverd to me by a officer. But I did not pay it I told them that I won it then I shouldn't have to pay for it. Well this went on for days with these people and then they told me that they sent it back to prize america which who I won it from. Now this is kind of upset me because I thought I really won money. I don't have a address but I have the phone number still I would love it if you could find out if this was a scam or not.

Here is the phone number of the peole who called me 1780-709-5176 I also check the area code it is not from around the area they said they were from they said they were from iowa demoines the number is a canada number.
