VAST MOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT, INC. WINS $50 Million Stipulated Judgment
The USAR Mining Scam Website is FALSE and has cost millions of dollars to prospective participants in various mining projects.
Vast Mountain Development, Inc. led by John D. Owen, CEO of USAR, Inc. has prevailed in a $50 Million Stipulated Judgment against lenders attempting to do a hostile take over of it's mining project at the Congress Mine. Through discovery, it was revealed that the author of the USAR mining scam website and related rip-off reports were authored and posted by a co-conspirator of the lender, and a disgruntled investor in the projects. The statements on the USAR Scam Website are false, misleading, defaming, and slanderous. IER, Inc., USAR, Inc. and Vast Mountain Development are reputable companies with a history of progress. They have continued to perservere and progress in their projects. There is no validity to the USAR Scam Website The prospective companies are taking the appropriate legal measures to have the site taken down as well as any corresponsing rip-off reports.
