Lee, I am curious to know the details of your transaction with US Asset. Were they supposed to show a proof of funds or something like that in return for your upfront fee you paid them? This sounds like it may be some sort of trading platform scam for which these guys collect up front fees and promise you the world with "No Risk" to you. I refer you to a link which provides some information about the three individuals you were involved with, John Campbell, Ben Johnson, and Rhondalyn Tanwar. This is a post from other Mortgage Brokers who have dealt with these people. The sound like a bunch of "up front fee scam artists", there are many of them out there...

Like I have stated hear time and time again, this was nothing more than a SCAM!!! Also know one in there right mind would willing pay a $110,000 for a bunch of WORTHLESS Emails that you can't take to the BANK of any kind!!!

Another thing you know that you took my family life savings, and therefore can not afford to take any of you to court, but rest assure you all will have to pay for what you have done to so many people like me. Likewise you have my $110,000 in your pocket so you can afford to talk big, and god knows how much more money you have of others. It is funny that your only response to my comment is that I was brought to you by Ben Johnson, John Campbell, and Dr. Rhondalyn Tanwar, you must have forgotten that you told me that you had previously dealt with John Campbell in simliar events. Also that you were advising me as well through out this whole ordeal, and kept saying that there were no risk involve here.

Let the record reflect here that you are saying get a lawyer against Ben, John, and Dr Rhondalyn, and They are saying for me to get a lawyer and file against you. Just so you know that I know that you have done this same thing to others in the past and had to pay them there money back, let's see what happens this time!!!!

USAsset & Funding provided the exact service that was agreed upon in writing. The escrow closed exactly as provided in the escrow documents signed in advance by Georgia Woman.

USAsset & Funding has urged this woman to take all of her documentation to an attorney to get legal advice regarding her proposed transaction. We look forward to addressing any issues raised by her attorney, and if they think we have done something wrong we will resolve it with her attorney. We are confident that we performed as agreed in writing and exactly according to documents executed by Georgia Woman.
