USAWallpaper/Decorate With Style My credit card was billed for an item I never received...I complained at least 7 times and was told that I would get a refund when accounting got around to it. I am still waiting for my credit card to be refunded for the item I never received. Sandusky Ohio

I placed an order with USAWallpaper/Decorate With Style on August 23, 2007. I ordered 2 items. I received one item, but my credit card was billed for both items. I called and was told that the other item was not in stock. I immediately cancelled the item and complained that no one told me it was on back order...and that I should not have been billed until the item actually shipped. I was told that I would receive my refund on my credit card ... I am still waiting and have called at least 7 times. I have been treated very rudely. I asked that I be emailed a confirmation that I would receive my refund and everyone at that company refused to send me an email confirmation for my refund..I have now contacted my bank and they are going to contact the company on my behalf.

Please do not buy anything at this company and save yourself a lot of grief and don't let them draw interest on your money while you wait and wait and wait for your refund. In my opinion, based on my bad experience with USAWallpaper, they probably do not issue refunds to many, many people in a timely manner, whereby they are drawing interest on our money, and let us sit and wait.
