I am being dunned for a debt under the alledged account # XXXXXXXXXXXXXX6520.
This is illegal to be reportiong a debt that I never accrued with a school named Penn Foster that I never heard of.
I have contacted USBC via a validation notice citing section 809 and USBC has illegally
continued collection activity by continuing to report this inaccurate,injurious info on my credit report.
I want validation of this debt and it removed from all my credit reports immediately
or I will file complaints wiith the Federal Trade Commission , Consumer Financial Protection
Bureau and Pennsylvania Attorney General if this inaccurate ,injurious item ids not remove
from my credit reports immediately.
