USBI, SILV COMMUNICATIONS Unathorized charges appeared on our phone bill from USBI on behalf of Silv Communications Internet

We received new charges on our phone bill that were being billed by USBI on behalf of Silv Communications. We called the 1-888 number and were repeatedly hung up on. When we did get through to a rep they also asked us what the last charge was and then transferred us to Silv Communications where we were told we authorized them to be our new long distance carrier. This was a first we had heard of this company and we never authorized the change in carriers or the charges. We were told they were canceling the account, but we would not be refunded any of the charges and then we heard a dial tone.
