These people are scammers, customer service girl is "Adaline xt 101", she is rude, these people used fake recordings, it happenned to me!!
She said she can cancel the service but not the charges.... These people use others companies name to catch your attention.

I talked to Embarq and let them know about this scammers using their name!!! and hey will file a complin too.
