 I paid $195.00 for my birthcertificate and passport combo to be expedited and receive my birthcertificate in 3-5 days. Two weeks later I'm charged $52.00 from vitalcheck to where I should have done I'm the begining. Now readingit it says after I gety birth certificate to mail it back to them in order to receive a passport. I'm no way in heck mailing anything to them if by chance I even receive my certificate. I just want my money bacj and they're making it stupid hard even to contact them. I'm very disappointed and out $200.00 plus another $52.00 but hopefully that will get me my birthcertificate at least. I never recommend this site to anyone.
