usbirthcertificate.com Houston Passports&VisaSpecialist LLC Company charged me $74 includes there fee of $49 and the NY processing fee of $25 then they took my information to go online to VitalCheck.com and order my birthcertifcate through them so I got anothe Waterbury, Connecticut

On December 27, 2011 I went online to order my Birthcertificate since I lost my wallet with all Identification and needed to obtain my Birthcertificate ASAP.  I chose usbirthcertifcate.com I thought the price was very high but I was desperate to get it so I thought if it's this expensive they must be provide exceptional service. I did receive my Birthcertificate in 4 days  BUT through another company called VitalCheck.

I receive two emails on December 28, 2011, one from VitalCheck.com and another from Usbirthcertificate.com both confirming my order and attached reciept of the order. I was charged $74 from Usbirthcertificate.com and then $38.00 from Vitalcheck.com for their processing and delivery services., that's $112.00.  usbirthcertificate.com is ripping off consumers by using their information you give them when you order online on their website and then ordering your already processed order through them to have Vitalcheck company do what you already paid so highly in seperate fees for them to do.

This is an outrage! Usbirthcertificate.com needs to be sued and consumers should be refunded their money for them using your personal information and ordering your already processed order through another company causing you to get charged twice for a one processed order. This company shouldn't be allowed to take your hard earn money to do exactly what you did to process your order through their company expecting them to handle your order, not to go and duplicate it for another company to do it for them and make you a victim of being charged multiple charges.
