Since last year I have tried without success to get a hold of someone using the customer service number, but no one ever answers and you are prompted to leave a message. I couldn't tell you how many messages I have left them. So I decided to do a little investigation to see if this company was legit. Well according to what I found that people have reported online, it's a scam. No one receives magazines and are out money all for being good people. I felt bad for the guys that came to my door that day. You could tell they themselves were struggling, but so was I. Times are tough on everyone and it's sad that we live in a world full of cruel people who go around prowling on those good hearted people that still exist.
Well, I got a hold of a man by the name of "Keith Morton", who claims to not be a part of this program but yet his website shows a tie to them, so he is affiliated. He told me to call him back because he wasn't in the office at the time. I went back to the website and coincidentally it's under construction. Then I googled the website and it shows you pictures of the team, but now they took off "Keith Morton's" picture and the other managers. Little do they know I copied those pictures.
I just called back and to my surprise he answered. He asked me for the receipt information so he can get me my money back. We will see if that happens. I will keep you updated and good luck to everyone who is dealing with a similar situation and be careful to who you give your money to.
