Thank you to Ripoff Report for allowing me to set the record straight.   First off, who is Mark Dann?  He is the owner of a California vehicle export business run under the name of USConnection.   As a normal course of business, he buys new cars from unsuspecting vehicle dealers using a number of corporate identities to mask his true intentions: To export vehicles out of the USA contrary to manufacturer's intentions.   

Mark Dann is a professional liar.  A good case in point is Souix Falls Ford where Mark used the name All Points Group to purchase and export a 2011 Lincoln MKX.  The dealer asked Mark point blank whether he intended to export the vehicle.  Mark lied and said the vehicle was for his personal use.  Lying is as natural as breathing to Mark Dann.   Consequently, everything he says has to be taken with a huge grain of salt. 

As a case in point, I was hired by Mark Dann to create a website for  his business, usconnnectionautos.com.   When it was finally completed,  he was very satisfied with the results. However, Mark Dann refused to pay for the work that was done, and so the website was not handed over immediately.   As things eventually transpired,  the website was transferred and Mark refused to pay $2500 that was owed to me for other work that was undertaken.  

Notwithstanding his scurrilous allegations,  Mr. Dann never contacted any authorities nor launched any legal action against me as he would have been laughed off the face of the earth.  The big lesson in all this has to be that if you do business with someone who is fundamentally unethical,  be prepared to get tarred with the same brush whether warranted or not. 

Regrettably, for the record, I must warn people that Mark Dann is a dangerous, unstable, unscrupulous character who can neither control his emotions nor differentiate between fact and fiction.  If you decide to do business with him, wear lots of armor because it's going to hurt. will hurt
