U.S. Data Corporation, Angie Customer Not Service, Taylor Sales Person, Mis Led, Stole $1000, Promised a refund, Promised Trigger data, Promised they would fix it, Nothing but lies, and Thieves Ripoff Woodland Hills California

Summary Line: I was promised Trigger leads, I was sold Data leads, I have asked for my refund, and they only refunded $500 instead of the full $1500.00

Complaint Description: I called US Data Corp, for Trigger leads, I spoke to Taylor their Sales Rep... I was told that I was Buying 1000 Trigger leads @ $1.00 per file, and as I requested 100 per day for 10 days, they sent me 1000 all at once!!! I never recieved 100 a day, they sent all in 1 DAY, and then they are not TRIGGER DATA leads!!! I was also told by Taylor that any BAD lead they would Refund or Replace immediatly still has not happen... My partner & I started to call these "so called" TRIGGER DATA, and we used our Script for resently pulled credit, but we were told by all the calls that we have made, that no one recently pulled their credit ie... (TRIGGER LEADS) When I called back and spoke to Taylor who then said I (Taylor) made a mistake, Trigger leads are normally $5.00 I will do them for you for $2.50, send me another $500.00 and I will send you 600 leads, then he called back and said that he would not be able to do it for $2.50 he could do it for $3.00 giving us 500 Leads... I did the deal, not Happy but I understood he made a Mistake, I then allowed them to run $500.00 and expected the next day my 100 leads... I did not recieve any, 2 days go by nothing, so I call Taylor, and he now wants $5000.00 to get me leads and at $3.50 each, I at this time told Taylor to refund my $$$$ to my credit card, and he said ok, he would put in the request... I know have been for a Month trying to get my $$$ from Taylor, Angie, and I have requested to speak to a VP, or the CEO, and I have been shot down
by Angie not Customer Service, and Taylor mis lead Sales person...
