USDirectory.com Boca Raton FL charged me for services after telling them I did not want it. Internet

This company called me several times trying to get me to sign up for a monthly fee to have a business web page be more visible.  The web page is not my business.  I told them no everytime they called and asked them to quit calling me.  The person that called me was very agressive and continued to call me.  He said the owner of the business gave permission and I again explained I do not own the business and MY Credit Card was not affiliated with the business,

if the owner wants to have their services, then get his credit card.   Well they went a head and charged my credit card.  I called them and asked them to  reverse the charges. Explained AGAIN I dont own the business and have nothing to do with it.  They told me they needed to listen to a tape recording of them talking to me first.  

Are you kidding?
