Usedphones.com a.k.a.Sundance Communications Non Payment for goods received Simi Valley California

Usedphones.com put in a bid of $700 for some used equipment we had for sale. They show they received the equipment on 9/7/16 and a check was supposed to come out 30 days after receipt and that was 3 months ago.We have emailed them to get a response and no one replies. We have called them twice and Mike said a check would be in the mail in 2 weeks ,never came.I called again and Mike said they were short on funds, seems to be their pet answer as i discovered on other sites complaining about them.He said he would try to make a payment by the end of November, it never happened.
