Mike Schmidt is the owner. On May 1, 2015 I received an email from po@usedphones.com with a bid of $400 for my equipment. I shipped it to them in good faith, expecting a check with their promise within 30 days. I have called several times. Promised that a check would be sent, then when it never arrived, called again and was told by Mike that he is waiting for some money to come in and he was sorry, but it would be sent the next week. This has been going on for 2 months now. I have offered to let him make payments and he still has not replied to my email, or returned my calls. He is conveniently never there when I call either. Now I am threatening a lawsuit. Class action anyone?

usedphones.com Mike Schmidt This company is owned and run by thieving, scam artists. They purchased my company phone system 2 years ago and still have not paid me for it! They gave me excuses every month for why the check had not been cut and sent to me for over a year! It was all a lie! It has been TWO years and still no payment for the equipment they received from me and have most likely already sold and made money on. Avoid them and any other business owned by the same liars at ALL cost. Simi Valley California

usedphones.com did not pay for the phones that were drop shipped in April 2013. Jessica said that times are tough for the owner, but will talk with the owner about paying something on the PO. That was July 9th, On August 1st she said, your phones are already sold so the owner cannot send them back to you--and he has no money to pay you--his going through a divorce and now he is moving out of his office since he has no money.
