Purchased used work clothing from usedworkclothes.com for a total of $60.10 including shipping on December 1, 2014.
Attempted to phone @ 804-317-8797 December 30, 2014 regarding no shipped order received to date. Phone number indicated voicemail box was full and no message could be taken. Tried to contact from their website with an email and immediately received a phone call from Darnell Ross reassuring me that my order would be shipped that next week.
Contacted Darnell Ross by email and using contact us on their website to indicate cancel my order on January 20, 2015 because no order had been received and I was not going to wait any longer. Asked for a refund to my credit card.
No phone call or return email has been received to date, March 12, 2015. I just received my credit card statement and there is still no credit of $60.10 on my account.
