I put my used cell phone on this website, Totem had the highest offer. I accepted and 2 weeks later I received my pack to mail to Totem. This started on July 8th. Totem received my cell phone on 7/30 @2:59 p.m. It isnow september 11th....................and I have no check. I contacted both places, and the only that responed to me was uSell. The customer service rep said that Totem said they were sending my check out on 8/27. I still have no check........I think there should be something to stop these ripoffs.
