I purchase an auto warranty with this company in November 08, I carryed ny car into Premier Chev. to check it out the repair person told me that I had a leak in my Transmission, an a few more thing was going on with it, so he call this company, it took him three days to get someone, then they told him that I had to fax them all of my receipts showing them that I have been keeping the maintence up on my car, my husband friend have been changing my oil for the last 6 months, so they said that I must fax them the receipts before they file a claim, but there is nothing wrong with my motor, its my transmission and the repairman said it has nothing to do with me changing my oil. I have had this warranty for 8 month now they are coming up with all types of excuse not to fix my car. This company should be put of Business and made to pay consumer there money back.

I have had similar experience with USfidelis, 3 times. The only thing different is that not only did they request the maintance documents, they continued to state they never were contacted by the repair service. I personal fax the documents and Fidelis would claim they never got them. Even when I am watching the Repair Service Represents call, email, fax to Fidelis, Fidelis continued to claim they never are contacted. My car would sit in the shop for weeks, and I mean 6, 7 plus weeks. The warranty also would have covered a rental but since the claim is not processed no car. I finally had to have the car repaired at my own expense, then Fidelis had an excuses to disapprove the claim, which is what they did. My last attempt was the transmission which is covered by the warranty, but Fidelis just dragged it out so I had to pay $5,000.00 plus for the repairs. I canceled my warranty with Fedelis.

When you have an auto warranty you want to use, you have to prove that you have been getting all of the maintenance done for the vehicle exactly like the manufacturer wants.
That means getting your book out, following everything to the t, and keeping reciepts for it.
Since you didn't do that, you can't prove that you kept the vehicle up properly, so they don't have to cover it.
