Almost a month i have been waiting on my card to come in the mail but i haven't received it yet. I looked on the web to get information come to find out this was a scam. US.GOLDLINE took money out my account without my permission. I never got a card in the mail and my bank charge me an overage of $75 and i refuse to pay them for something i didn't ok. I Went to the website and found out you can't even do anything on it without activating your account with your social security number which I never did.When I got my bank statement I call US.GOLDLINE and they told me they never took any money out because it wasn't nothing in my account .the customer representative lady told me. they were about to try again to take another $250 out of my bank account. if they never took anything why am i getting charge an overage fee? why were they about to take another $250 out my account again in one month. How could they try again when I never activated the card? i want to know since when do you have to pay for a credit cards? I have been ripped off by Us.Goldline.
