According to a Google ad, the website ushandicap.com can help you obtain a GHIN number. After signing up you findout they DO NOT offer GHIN numbers, and are in fact a competitor. I immediately emailed them through their onine support system and received a confirmation number via email. I requested a refund through their online system. Over 10 days passed with no response. Upon calling, I spoke with "Pat" (prsumed to be the same Pat referenced in the prior complaint). Pat said someone would call me but they did not.

This complaint falls under the "Significantly not as described product/goods" section of the Fair Credit Billing Act. This is NOT a GHIN affialited system. There are several ethical, responsive vendors out there that will not take your money then refuse to answer your contacts.
