When I see a report like this it is clear to me that this is either user error or an outright lie by a competitor.

1st thing 1st, we send a 30ml vial of bacteriostatic water with every hcg order. As part of the process they are advised to place 5ml of bac water into the hcg vial.

Once that happens they are to draw .17ml into the syringe and inject.

So the bottom line is this IF the customer put in 5ml of bac water into the hcg vial and IF they drew .17ml of the solution then they would have received no less than 28 days worth of shots (actually its 29.4117647)...just like thousands of other customers we have served.

We can argue until all the cows come home but no matter how long we do so 5 divided by .17 ALWAYS comes out to 29.4.

What the customer is claiming here is mathematically impossible IF they followed the instructions on both mixing and injecting the product.

Once again I would like to restate that this is clearly either user error or a competitor, you cannot argue with math.
