Uship is a scam. I booked a boat shipment through their site and the company who was to haul it, took it to Mexico. I am now paying lawyer fees and translation fees to get my boat back. Uship does not screen its shippers and who it allows on the site. I have since found out there are many more people who have had shipments stolen or in accidents and then just left on their own. Uship only cares about the massive fees they collect when a load is booked and then you are on your own. The US & Canadian Government need to shut this operation down as they are scamming people and letting people think the transporters on this site are legal and good companies. Be warned, Do Not use Uship or you could be left with a very expensive bill plus never receive your shipment as Uship does not care about anything but their fees.

USHIP Does nothing about their crooked carriers. I was ripped off too by one of their crooks. Stay away from this auction site with your shipments as they never refunded my deposit after I received my trailer with a back corner all smashed in and their carrier disappeared without delivering the rest of the way. I had to pay this crook 50% up front and USHIP fees 12%..
This is the worst place to list your shipment because USHIP does not screen its carriers.

I do not have your account information, so I am unable to check for previous contact with you through your account history. If you do wish for me to look into this further for you, I am more than happy to do so. If you have paid a transporter that you matched with on our site, and services have not been rendered then we would work with you and transporter to work out a refund, and we would refund any monies paid through our site.

I did contact you at least 6 times and nobody responded. It is only when you want to cover you backside you respond. I filed a complaint on my shipment page and you deleted the entire shipment. I note that with all your complaints on here, why aren't any on Uship. You are a coward of an operation hiding behind the internet and hopefully people will read this and you will go out of business. I have found out your company does not screen any of the shippers it allows to list for legality and for proper insurances which any REPUTABLE freight company would do. You are a scam and nothing more. I hope people read this before listing on USHIP!!!
