Lost thousands by believing in pushy company representatives at the seminar. In a years time unable to use website or related merchants account. My business has expenses and absolutely no revenue. In the entire year I had NO income from the site and not a single email from the site.
I tried to cancel monthy payments on unused services and got the royal run around. Each call led to another call and to another. I don't even understand the different fees I'm paying and where all these unknown creditors came from. It took a while to determine who was debiting my account and why.
I requested to break the unused merchant account but was told the only thing I can do is sell and they would help me transfer the account to whomever buys it. Epenzio told me to try EBAY or surf the net for a business that does not have a merchants account. How many centuries do you think that would take? In other words I'm stuck with a $3,328.20 ripoff for which I pay $89.95 per month. I'll settle for just getting out of the deal, no refund.
