usloans.net Mortgage company intrest rate loan ripoff

usloans.net Mortgage company locked me into an intrest rate and when rate went up the following weeks refused to return my phone calls!!!

We recently locked in a mortgage rate with Usloans.net. We were to settle within 45 days at the rate of 6% with 2 points on a 30 year fixed mortgage. We are well over the 45 day lock and they have refused to go to settlement. They have told us there has been a problem with the mortgage lender and they would call us once it is straightened out but have guaranteed us the loan and rate will still be honored. Since the time we locked the interest rates have risen significantly so by them not honoring this loan my wife and I will suffer a major loss. We have tried contacting them to find the status of our loan and they refuse to take our calls. We also payed them 300 dollars for them to lock in the rates which we are also out at this point.

I got to know one of the employees there and they told me I was never locked in and they (the management)were going to string me along until the rates went back down to where I locked in at!!
