USM An Emcor Company USM has paid me only $1.00 of $4000.00 owed to me for subcontract work. They are crooked and there business is an absolute scam. Norristown , Pennsylvania

I was a subcontractor working for USM who has the contract to several Marshalls stores in Jacksonville, fl.  I did two strip and wax jobs for two separate Marshall's.  I recently sent the invoce to this national contractor and they sent them back with a message that said rejected invoice for both stores.  I completed the first job and got all work approved and signed by the store manager.  It was rejected and they say they will not pay because they claim another company had to redo it.  The second job I spent two days in and the manager verbally said the floor was good.  I was to be given a thrid day to complete the work when the national contractor called me and said "the manager has requested you not return to the store" and no other reason for it.  Since then, I have recently heard that this is simply how they operate.  That invoice was rejected as well.  Another thing, they require you buy the chemical from them to complete the jobs, which I did, and they took it partially out of my first check for a previous job at another building and charged me 18.75 for paying me early.  Instead of taking what was left for the rest of the chemical they sent me a check for a dollar so they could charge me 18.75.  They are unbelieveable and I am now taking the necessary steps to put a lien against every building I have serviced for USM.  Do not subcontract for USM they crooks.  Despicable.
