Usman M is an active Freelancer on People Per Hour. He collected total amount of $3,850 from me to design a mobile application in 2018, a project that was only supposed to take 6 months. After delivering a mobile application that will not work correctly, the Freelancer then demanded more money to fix the error. When I refused to pay him, he then abandoned the project after taking my money.

I filed a complaint with People Per Hour and request that he be taking off the platform, but I was told that he needed to still be making money for them.

I lost $3,850 to Usman M on People Per Hour. People Per Hour does not provide protection for the customers only to the Freelancers, all they care about is making commission. UPWORK is a better alternative to People Per Hour.
