They "expedite" your passport application. After applying at noon on Sunday and being charged almost $200 for their service, I received an email with further details, requirements, and charges.

I realized I had been scammed (stupid me for not catching it sooner), and called Monday before noon to cancel the order. The guy on the phone tried to talk me out of it and then announced they had to keep $50 of my application fee because I had reserved a place in some sort of electronic. All fine and good because it was in the fine print that I stupidly failed to read.

I asked what they were going to do with the sensitive information they had received and they said they store it in a "secure" location and they are required by the government to store my application information. I don't believe that for a second.
