USpassportnow.com only takes your money, deceptive of terms of services, Internet

Went on this website to get a passport, looks like you are getting everything for $130.00 (i.e passport, shipping expediently, your own passport  specialist.  After getting to the next form, it clearly says that you must now pay the government fees for the passport which is an additional $140.00. 

Called to cancel the service and receive my money back, person who answered said that I could dispute the charges but they have where I agreed to the terms of their agreement, which was actually to let them file the passport.  In small letters it says does not include government fees.  He said he can reimburse $79.00 but not the processing fee it is non-refundable, when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me.  Will dispute the credit card charges and probably will not get anything in return.  Don't use this website unless you want to give them $130.00.
