USPassportNow.com Rip Off Internet

WHAT EVER YOU DO... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  I Signed up with USPassportNow.com to get an expedited US passport, and was told to print the itinerary off the internet.  Any travel agency showing to Cruise that I was planning to take.  When I went to my local passport govt. office.  They told me I was lied to, and would have to have already have my trip paid for and include the receipt.    I told them that my friend had booked the travel... then they said that I only needed a birth certificate and drivers licence to go to Mexico.  So, I went to cancel the trip.  I cancelled the agreement within 7 hours of contracting them... well within the 24 hr. required cancellation policy.  I have yet to receive my $130 dollars back.  I paid a total of $180 and was told I would forfeit $50, which I understood.  But, I am still waiting on my other refund.  I am on hold up to an hour each time I call.  And am on hold a minimum of 30 minutes.  No matter how early I call.  I am very upset about this obvious ripoff!
