This compnay is extremely decpetive and they think they are cute in the way that they deceive you. They are a service that tries to look like the US Givernemnet website to get a passport and also renew. They do nothing for you! All they do is take your money and you do all the work. You still have to go to the post office, you still need to get a picture. However when you go to the correct passport website by the USA government you dont need to do any of that for a renewal. That is what I was seeking. My passport expires at the end of March of this year 2014. I had no need for an expedited service. After realizing I was being scammed my wife sent an email to them and asked for a refund. We were told that they would refund everything except 45.00. We did this after their beusiness hours and sent them the email within 5 minutes of the purchase. Their excuse is that they were put out. How ? No one did anything. The worst part of the deception is that they copy the fees from the us government and double dip you. This company should be shut down for fraud. I will not stop. Its complete and utter fraud. Its not the 45.00 its the fact that they know what they are doing is a scam and they don't care. They are baiting you in to steal 45.00 from you.
