Today, I used their online click and ship service to send a priority mail package. I had trouble with the printing of my label but after about 10 minutes of havoc, I managed to get a label out of their system. I checked my credit card status online just to be sure that they didn't charge me twice, and, just as I thought, they billed me twice for that package.
I gave them a ring and the recorded voice said I had to go to USPS.com . (And where after that??) I called another number and tried to press "0" to get a person to talk to but the system just said "goodbye".
I called again and somehow managed to get someone this time! They said to go to my account online to cancel the second label I have supposedly had ordered. (?) Then I asked when I would get that refund. She said they have to investigate which will take around HALF A MONTH.
I'm glad that it wasn't an expensive label, but to all shippers, I recommend just going to the post office or use FedEx or another alernative. Shortcuts don't always pay off.

What happened is you ended up resubmitting your order. This is the same as on other websites. If you try and refresh or otherwise do something in the browser window you will end up submitting the order twice.
I've used the online USPS it works great. Yes it can take a while to get a refund, but I've never been denied. It's the government what can you expect in terms of moving quickly?
