Im not a gambler, but at the last minute before the Triple Crown 2018, I went online and created an account.  I meant to lace 100 dollars in the account but somehow placed 1000 instead.  I obviously did not use all this money in the little bet that i wagered.  I called them and they politely told me that they don’t normally refund but in my case, they will.  They said it may take  5-6 weeks.  After the 5-6 weeks passed, I called and spoke to a woman that looked at my account and said that it was being processed and I should have it by the following Friday.  When I didn’t get the refund I called and the man was rude and told me that “I was the one that made the mistake not them”.  So I guess it’s ok for them to keep my money.  I asked to speak to someone else because he would not help me, he told me to hang up and call again.  It sounded like the same man answered the phone and said his nam was Allan, which I doubt.  He continued to give me the run around saying that I had to prove that I did not get the money , that I had to send them all my bank statements and credit card statements.  When I sent them “safe’ versions of this info, it was good enough, Allan said this type of report could have been manipulated.  Omg!!!  Can you say scam !!  I have been paying interest on this money and I am sick inside that a supposedly legit betting operation that calls itself USRacing (which clearly isn’t in the US), can operate like this.  The real US Horse Racing group should not participate with such scam artist and I will find the right person to get to the bottom of this .
