i ordered a mechanical bull from usrodeobull or the mechanical rodeo bull factory.
i paid for it in full and after that,the company turned off there web site and also turned off there phone, so there was no way to contact them.
i left countless e/mails and and phone messages and i was lucky to get maybe 2 or 3 e/mails.
the owner never called me and only left e/mails,i paid in full for the bull i ordered and at one time was told bull will be shipped on said date.
i e/mailed them asking for information on trucking company being used and also tracking number,again nobody called me back wit information.
i was told that it would be shipped from florida but new number has them in Lake H avasu , Az.
was told that the comapny was sold to Mechanical rodeo bull factory and i again e/mailed countless times and also called them and again never received any return calls or e/mails.
i have found out that this company has also ripped off 3 other people and not returned there money at all.
my last attempt was to advise them to canceal my order and ask for a full refund,but again i have heard nothing.
was told at one time that bull was sitting on dock,was shipped and then returned,found that to be a lie.
i called them one more time and giving them an address to ship but also asking that i need the name of the carrier and the tracking number.but never heard back and no attempt was made to contact me.
if you are thinking of buying a mechanical bull or anything from this comapny,i advise that you contact other companies and ask about them

i finally heard back from us rodeo bulls and wish to announce that all has been taken care of.after a long phone conference and hearing what has been happening.
since my report against this company,all has been made good.after a long talk and hearing the owner out,i now know that things happen in life that we cannot control and there where some and he is doing all that he can to correct it all.
the owner has been nothing but upfront with me and i truely feel that he will make this right and that he also stands behind his word as quality of his bulls and warranty to surpass other companies out here selling the same thing.
he has promised to stand behind his produsct and i believe him,so if my future report may have damaged his credibility,please disreguard.he will get my future business.
i will be happy to give him good references and he knows how to contact me and he is weclome to give my e/mail address if he likes.

my report against this company has been made good and is a good company to deal with,i understand that thins happen in life,but after a long talk and getting everything sorted out,all i can say is that the usrrodeobulls.com or mechanicalrodeo.com. are very true to there word as giving you what you ordered and will follow up with assistance you need and they stand behind there product.i am sorry for having inflicted any harm that could have caused them the loss of business.
good people to deal with and i will continue to use them in the future,all has been taken care of,again please disreguard what i have written
