Car was hit while parked infront of my house and USSA told us that it would be towed the next day, four days later the tow truck shows up and the car was totaled without anyone ever looking at it , and then it was towed out of state, to a USSA yard without giving us the option of letting a Auto Body Specialist look at it.  Offer was extended without consideration of additonal work being done on the car, and a final date was issued for the use of the rental car.  We have reached out to USSA multiple times in the past week, and the agent handling the case will not return our call.  Our request have repeatedly been met with lies from their employees and I am beginning to think I can not trust anything their representatives say.  I am very dissapointed with the service that I have recieved from USSA over this matter. THey are not the company that they have been when taking my money for car insurance over the past 25 years.

There is no insurance company named USSA - and your report makes no sense.  Do you perhaps me USAA?? Then I suggest first - learn who you have insurance with and second - file a complaint with your State's Insurance Commissioner
