UST - US-Telecom US-Telecom Fake Invoice Received La Verne, California

This company sent, what appears to be, an invoice for a "Telecom Maintenance Agreement". We have never contacted them, requested anything from them, or otherwise requested services from them. If you look closely at the back side of the "Invoice" it does say in the fine print that this is "A solicitation for an order of goods or services ....". If this hadn't been handed to me for sign off it very likely could have been paid by someone else in the company. It really bothers me how deceptive this document is. When reading the "Terms and Conditions" it also states this is a three year contract. I hope that others are watching their bills closely enough to catch this.
