 then they tell me I have to pay state tax of $449.00 and I said no I have called to get my money back and they refuse to give it to me the money I sent Western Union went to a Corey Brown in India Houston Texas

 I was contacted by a Jessica Williams from ustarloan she said I was approved for a $5,000.00 loan but I had to go to Dollar General and buy a Moneypass card I went there and was told they no longer sell them so I had to go to Western Union and send $249.00 for insurance which I would get back with the loan I get home and called them they tell me it will be in my account in the morning The next day I check and theres no money I call Jessica Williams and she tells me I have to pay State tax of $449.00 I tell her I dont have it so I tell her to cancel the loan and send my money back she said they wont send my money back I have called 3 or 4 times asking for my money back I told them I called 5 different loan companies and they all told me its a scam because you dont have to pay State tax on the loan . I just want my money back.
