I had my computer worked on remotely on 12/08/15 to 12/09/15 by USTech Support, almost 24 hours. They uninstalled and disabled my antivirus program and Microsoft Framework from my computer. Leaving my computer unprotected.

I have used this company for years and they have become less reliable each time my computer has been worked on. I am now in fear for my security, banking, and identity.

The first technician that worked on my computer and did nothing to fix the 2 problems that I asked to be fixed. As did the second technician. The third technician fixed the 2 problems, as I watched this time.

But he disabled programs via msconfig, leaving me unable to use these many programs, and he did other things unknown to me. Resulting in me having to call Kaspersky for hours. To figure out what and why the Kaspersky Internet Security would not work.

Kaspersky told me about the Microsoft Framework problem. They gave me 2 Microsoft phone numbers and links via my email to fix the Internet Security. I was able to get it working and installed correctly after several hours.

USTech Support used to be a great company with technicians wanting to talk to you, and correctly fixing your computer the first time. What scared me is the last technician Justin, who never left his summary ot ID # and what he did on my desktop. As the other two technicians did.

I asked several times for a callback, and customer service even asked me if I wanted a callback, I never received one. I am afraid to use this company again. I have alot of money invested in their services over the years, as it is a large one time payment and then monthly payments.

Evidently, intentional problems were given to my computer. Possibly because the last technician Justin was a senior tecnician and had too do the work. I am unsure as to why he harmed my computer.

I have known these three technicians, as they have all worked at USTech Support for years.
