Utherverse Digital Inc aka Red Light Center made misstake, treated me badly and banned my account (all is documented) Vancouver British Columbia

I read the reports about Utherverse Digital Inc. aka Red Light Center (alias RLC), they inspired me to write my own. I have nearly 2 years of experience with this company, and I have to say, it's a total fraud, and there are no laws in there, staff members practice ultimate power over the customers.

I started to play RLC, because I can't have open air festivals at winters, and this whole game is a huge festival, loved the virtual parties. I always wondered why people fear of the staff members so much. One day I figured out.

I was having party at a language free zone, where many of the staff members were. I was chatting with a guy on my mother language, Hungarian. He asked me how old I was, I told 17, but when he laughed, I told I was much more than 20. 2 hours later I couldn't sign in the game anymore, and I received a mail from worldops@utherverse.com stating I'm charged with underage and I have to send them a photo about my ID or else I can't use the game anymore.

I answered them it was a missunderstanding, and asked for the proofs they had based their statements on. They refused and stated that a staff member saw me saying I was under the legal age. Wrote them to review the proofs by a Hungarian expert, as nobody if them talks Hungarian and google translator may miss, so it's not fair to base anything on it. They refused, so asked for their judiciary agency, so they could continue this talk with my lawyer. As answer they banned my account, didn't reply me anymore and attacked my computer with DNS poisoning (attahced the emails sessions as pictures).

Only phone numbers they have are the support ones. You've to call them, leave them your number, and they call you back, if they see fit, but if you have problem with them, they won't ever call you, same with answering your emails and your phyical mails, they return undelivered, so they can't be reached to be taken to court.

They take much money for using their game, 240 $ each year per person, but RLC software is very buggy, often crashes, their servers are often down, and it has very low visuals compared to the computer resources it eats. So they really don't care about customers, they need as much money as they can get, but they only give what is really necessary, but no more. They are allied with CCBILL also, another fraudster company (so many reports about it in this Ripoff Report page) to handle their transactions between them and clients, how nice, hand in hand ripoff. They maintain a volunteer based support stucture, that's why it's poor, they really don't want to pay for anything.

And the most funny thing is the copying of your ID. You can use the social part of RLC if you are above 18, but you can reach adult material only, if you send them the copy of your ID, they need it to protect young from reaching adult content. I think it's not true, they need your ID to keep your mouth shut, you won't talk about their frauds and aggression, if they have your ID and maybe your chatlogs (I'm not sure), but they failed with me, as I have never sent them my ID or anything. On what I base these? Utherverse Digital Inc. also maintains a page called Red Light Center: Free Adult Webcams (http://rlc-cams.com/), even 8 year old ones can watch live sex actions for free, if they press the "I agree" button. Where are their protection here? Why they aren't protecting the young ones here also?

To summerize, this company really deserves a huge clean up, maybe a full shut down.
