Bought attic insulation and an electric meter miser to save money on energy bills. No savings realized. Was given coupons to recoup some of the cost thru grocery and fuel purchases. Paid to join that service, never got anything after 3 months of turning in receipts.
They said the incentive company went broke, did not get a refund was told to send recepits to another company, After 3 months still got nothing.
Now they have another company to do the incentives. Will not give us back anything. I believe this is Fraud and I am turning them into the Attorney General of the State of NC.
Do not do business with UMA, Utility Management, Utility Shield or any new name from Ms.
