I was looking to unload cds that I no longer listened to, and came across this website, uzed.com. You type in your cds that you want to get rid of, and they give you a quote for them. I packaged them up, took them to the post office and shipped them on my dime (which you are supposed to get back) and waited for my payment to come in through Paypal...........which it never did. They did receive my cds on 4/4/07- and I am supposed to get back $39.82 (original credit was supposed to be $44.12, but they labled a cd of mine rejected, or unacceptable. A few weeks went by and I sent some emails- not one of them answered. I even called the company, only to find the number was disconnected! I just want my $39.82 for all of the cds I shipped to them- they basically stole these from me!

Don't trust them. Absolute liars and crooks.

Don't trust whatever this company says. If you have been to uzed.com, then view newtownvideo.com and you will see their website looks exactly the same in every single way. Their mailing address is also the same in Huntingdon Valley Pennsylvania. Uzed.com is a fraud and will say anything to justify why they haven't paid.

If you view Steve Bonneau's responses to all of these complaints on this website, you will see they are exactly the same with just a few slight different words to address each person. They are not sincere and are just more excuses as to why they haven't paid and are ripping so many people off.

Your Payment has been sent - we apologize!

AUTHOR: Uzed.com - (U.S.A.)

Adrienne,

We've just credited your PayPal account for $49.82 ($10 extra, a small token). We apologize for the delay and challenges in getting your funds to you. We are working through and paying all customers. We've had large customers of ours (Musicland, Tower Records, Movie Trading Company and others) who had gone out of business which negatively affected our business and our customers orders. We've paid out many millions of dollars since we launched in 2002 and less than 1% have been affected in the past year. Again, we apologize for the challenges in getting you your monies. Also, we are not associated with day-to-day operations of NewtownVideo.com. They are a good organization that pays people quickly.

Sincerely,

Steve Bonneau
