I am Uzrad Lew, the subject of two false Rippoff Reports. After very little digging I found out that I never had any relationship, business or any other with any “Benjamin” from Arizona or any “victim” from Santa Monica.

I take these matters very seriously. However, I have no record or recollection of any customers fitting either the description or the location. It is also strange that there is no real complaint, or a “customer experience” story. Thus both Reports, appear to have just been created for the sole purpose of disparaging me and my firm.

It is obvious that the writer of those significantly similar “reports” is a frustrated competitor whose only aim is to blemish my 25 years of good business reputation. Even more unfortunate is the fact that those two (?) “Complainers” do not dare to identify themselves and face the legal and other repercussions of their deeds.

The “Eviction Case” was nothing but a Landlord Illegal Retaliation Case to a Severe Mold Case, documented to the teeth, that was brought up against the landlord. However, “Benjamin” failed to mention the said nature of the case and that the case ended in a Settlement that was a clear win to me and actually granted me more than six month of free rent!

Needless to say any of the distorted “Info” could not have been found on the Web but had to be maliciously researched and twisted only in order to blemish my good name.

Even more hallucinated was the Script story. I am indeed the writer of “Genesis 118”, a full feature script of which I am also the owner of rights and the intended producer.

The Script was NEVER offered for sale, neither as a whole nor “in parts”.

I intended (and still do) to produce a film or a TV Series based on that script and never proposed any investor to acquire the script. Any one who reads those hilariously untrue reports is welcome to call or email me so I could email him or her the full script.

Finally, I am a financial advisor and an independent consultant for more than 25 years. I never approach any small or big business - they always approach me. They still do.

I urge any of the readers of the “reports” to contact me personally with any question or clarification they deem necessary.
