I have been doing business with Alex Rosario and Veronica Gonzalez at V12 Auto Sales, as a wholesaler and Had to stop doing business with them after seeing the way they handled the sales and financing of vehicles.
They file 1) false credit applications for financing to third party affiliates, let me explain:
They create false tax returns, pay stubs, utilities bills and false identities for individuals to obtain financing in order to purchase high end vehicles.
2) they cut and paste other peoples identity on passports, drivers license etc. in order to obtain financing.
3) they obtain IRS check refunds from customers then re assign them to third parties to obtain cash for purchase of vehicles from wholesalers.
4) they write bad checks to wholesalers and retailers in order to obtain goods and services by check kitting.
5) they have over 60 filed complaints with the Fl Dept of Motor Vehicle Dealer Section V at 407-445-7400
6) they have 8 Complaints filed with Better Business Bureau
Alex Rosario is the husband of Marisol Rosario who was the same persons who operated "People's Choice Auto Sales, Inc at 1043 S Orange Blossom Trail Orl, Fl and 4978 W Colonial Dr Orl, Fl which became Evolution Auto Sales and now are operating I Need a Car at Goldenrod Rd Orl, Fl and JB Auto Source 5515 S Orange Blossom trail Orl Fl.
They continue operating in different names every few years cheating 100's of people out of there hard earned money, all this can be verified by contacting the Fl DMV Dealer Section V under Florida Sunshine Law.

The Authors who wrote all the defamation about me have been arrested and charged by the Florida State Attorney Ninth
Judicial Court. They wrote all this lies etc. about me but they are the one's now in Court on 10 Felony counts on one Andy 8
felonys the other. If any one wants to see the actual News coverage they can view online at WFTV Channel 9 in search write

Middle District Court as to defamation, Embezzelement and Tax Fraud.

This Wholesaler who claims V12 Auto Sales is doing fake paycheck stubs and fake licenses and fake everything is actually a fake wholesaler who goes to businesses that are not doing to well selling wise, He bullshits them and makes them believe that he has an inheritance of some million dollars coming in and that he has so many connections at the DMV and at the City Commissioners Office. He makes you believe he has other Dealers that he can move your cars thru but in reality he acts as if he owns all these Dealers and moves cars from dealer to dealer where he is actually making a profit from vehicles that dont even belong to him. He is a CON-ARTIST!!! THE BEST I'VE SEEN. He has NO REAL JOB!!!! He steals from DEALERS who are at the worst time in the buisiness, he befriends you and promises you the world he acts as a Wholesaler, Partner and even Owner. ANGEL needs to be stopped!! I am sure there are more dealers out there like myself who got SCAMMED, CONNED, AND ROBBED by ANGEL. We must all get together and stop this UGLY DISGRACE OF A HUMAN BEING!!!!!!!!!
