Essientially these scumbags offer a free ebay kit. All you have to do is pay for shipping. Then theses low life losers sign you up at a bunch of companies.

You get emails for free trial offers but what they don't tell you is after the trial period your credit card will be billed automatically every month whether or not you use the service.

Here are some of the companies that will ripp you off after you sign up for your e-pro auction kit. Tekmeds.com and Sbba.com. This is the most blattent case of fraud I have ever seen.

If you submitted a credit card to v-motion, 26 Red Marketing, or e-proauctions I would recommend cancelling your credit card.

Some people are too weak or stupid to make it in the business world so they have to come up with a scam to steal peoples money. I hope all the worthless low life losers that work for this company rott in hell.

AUTHOR: Cash - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 17, 2006

On February 10th, we signed up for the eBay FREE software report too. However, unlike the Dozens of threads I read by posters on eBay's website claiming it was a scam, I find that hard to believe. Here's why.

First of all, we actually took the time to READ the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at the bottom of the page (Something people seem to never do). In it, it clearly states that we are receiving the software AND a FREE 14-day membership to e-proauction.com. It then says that we will be charges $49.95 a month for the e-proauction.com membership (monthly), beginning after the 14 day trial expires. What is so hard to understand about that? It was actually the EASIEST "Terms" we have ever read (Not like eBay's 37 page "Mumbo Jumbo" TOS) !!

Although we have not yet received the software (It's only been 5 business days), we don't really care.. That wasn't the reason we signed up anyhow, and isn't the reason for the whole "Sales pitch" by e-proauction.com to begin with. Their whole purpose is to sell the MEMBERSHIPS to e-proauction.com. We understood that clearly. How come these others don't?

We are now using their site, and frankly, it's one of the greatest concepts we have ever come across (and we own 13 profitable websites). We are already making money from the membership (in just days we have earned way more than the $49.95 they will be charging us in a week).

I read over 150 posts on eBay about this company, and they mostly seem to have come from "inexperienced" ebayers and internet users alike.

The concept e-proauction.com offered seemed simple enough, and we took advantage of it (but we ACTUALLY READ the "fine print"). And it really wasn't that "fine". It was actually very simple and only a few paragraphs and in LARGE type.

We used to sell on eBay (until last year), and I would not recommend eBay to anyone. If you want to talk about a SCAM, eBay is "your man" - They are the ONLY LARGE company on the internet that does not offer a customer service phone number (with good reason), and they put clauses in their own TOS that say they can SHARE ALL YOUR INFORMATION (and we mean ALL of it: from your browsing habits to your purchase record AND even your BIDDING record with anyone who requests it). Their problem resolution ("Buyer Protection" and "Seller Protection") contradict each other: You can't promise both. That just doesn't make sense.

But, enough about ebay. The fact of the matter is that e-proauction.com feeds a massive amount of traffic (which in turn is revenue for eBay) directly through their program (e-proauction.com). This would be why eBay has not done anyting to "curb" this so called problem. They (eBay) see all those complaints for "exactly" what they are: "Individuals failing to read the TERMS before signing up for something" (This is also eBay's safeguard for SUSPENDING hundreds of accounts daily from their own site, without cause).

I would put my money into e-proauction.com LONG BEFORE I would ever sink another dime into eBay's SCAM (ebay.com and Paypal.com).

FINAL WORD: READ THE FINE PRINT ! And if you don't "completely" understand something.. DON'T sign up !!
