A few months ago my husband and I bought a home and hired this company to handle everything. Living in California and purchasing a home in Florida is scary and we chose this company thinking they would be reliable. Unfortunately absolutely nothing went right! They are a complete scam. Nothing was completed. We were forced to make numerous cross country trips to take care of things that they should have handled. The contactors they hired are not licensed, unprofessional, and continuously asked for more money. The pictures they sent us of the completed work were not even of our house. Owe money to multiple contractors(got a lean on the house by the roofer since they never paid him the money I paid them and couldn't get the job permitted.The company was supposed to find tenants and manage the property but absolutely nothing was done. They used multiple names and have numerous fake reviews which is what led us to use them in the first place. They lied about everything and tried deceiving us throughout the entire process. I can barely put into words how dissatisfied I am with them as a company and as individuals. They are unethical and should not be trusted. Total rip off!
