Once they have your money you are held hostage to  rude, inaccurate often times incomprehensibly misleading treatment. We shipped our car across country with them and we finally couldn't figure out who we should call: the sheriff or our attorney. We have attempted redress for more than a week now an have received absolutely no response, zip zero. Though they are only the brokers, bidding out the job, they take no responsibility for their commitment to you.  They didn't know where our car was. They hung up on us at least 3 times. If you call they put you on interminable wait times unless you press the number for new business then they are all over you.   We have reported them to the Better Business Burea, The Interstate Commerce Commission. STAY AWAY FROM ROAD RUNNER. We have never had as appalling service as we have ever experienced. -Traveller Raleigh NC
