v2 premier, viscom technology group ripoff deceptive company bad support and horrible product Chaska Minnesota

I have had my v2premier computer for just over a year now. No, I bought my v2premier computer just over a year ago. It wasn't until two months later that I receive the whole computer. UPS, Viscom Technologies, and UPS all had problems telling me where the computer was.

The first sign of trouble was witht he digital camera that came with the computer. When I plugged it in the computer crashed. Then while on line, if I closed a window it crashed. I figured I had a virus so a ran the recovery disks that cme with my computer.

After a year of problems such as these, I decided to run the recovery disks for the fourth time to no avail. The computer would no longer run the disks.

I called for support and was tossed around from hardware to software departments neither of which had answers to my problem. I asked them to call me because my computer was down about a week ago and I have yet to receive a call.

This computer has given me so many problems and the company does not care. I want my $1,800 back and a new computer. ShopNBC should not trust this company.

By the way, Viscom only offers a return after 30 days from the purchase date, but how can you return something that you have not even received until after the thirty days? What a fricken scam!
