v2premier, shop NBC rip-off computer has been nothing but trouble to me they have had to replace hardrive & video card now have lost windows explorer from windows xp Chaska Minnasota

i bought my computer from Shop nbc Dec 18, 2002 since then i have had to call v2premier at least 30 times if not more, ran out of space adding names..They have had to replace my hard drive, had to put in new vidio card. Then last week I lost a lot of my files, windows explore dissapeared. It will not run most of my programs and to get them one back will have to use rcovery disk again and lose all my material in the computer.

I have had nothing but troubles with this system. I would not recommend them nor would I ever buy another computer from them. I have in home service contract which only means if you have an equipment problem that has to be replaced they will send someone out other wise you are on your own trying to talk with the v2 personel..They try to help but without dignostic service that i thought i paid for it is difficult..just a trial and error way of doing business.

I would love this computer replaced. Crashes more than it is up..Cannot add games at all they crash the system..It is suppose to be a top of the line computer..That is what i paid for and certainly not what I have gotten.. This machine meets the lemon law for sure...
