I got my system in April and have had too many problems to detail here. Why don't we file a class action suit against ShopNBC and Viscom Tech? Clearly these companies are fraudulent and engaging in false advertising. They do not honor or stand behind the computer products they sell. They do not provide the technical support they advertise and do not care about consumer satisfaction. I too wish I had purchased a Dell - my old Packard Bell 286 works better than this system. We also might want to try flooding the v2premier web site with complaints.
