After, I read this article, I felt soory for her. I believe that what she felt was very sad and the workplce there, are not very professional. I think that was very mean of the staff, they need to understand that women will gain weight accourding to pregnancy. I'm sure the staff, did not have any experiences, from being pregnant. I know exacately, how it felt if it was me, I would be very upset and sad at the same time but than, I would of had said something because, I'm hurt and they are being very rude and I'm sure that I am not the only person that they have said something. I would be disappointed in my vacation in Hawaii, where I am suppose to enjoy my vacation with excitement but, instead it got ruined. 

I went on vaction to Honolulu, Hawawi to visit my cousin. I stayed at Vacation Breeze Midwives. It was a pleasant exdperience, the staff was a joy and the scenery was amazing. I usually don't get this good service at midwives but this was an exception.  I have to come back again. I recommend this to the rest of my family.

Just a suggestion in hopes to blow a fresh vacation breeze on this situation:

Do your due diligence!

You have a PCP, right?  USE THEM!

How can you expect to walk into a human service clinic like this and expect hospitality that rivals your OWN PCP?

You CAN'T, period.

Shouts, screams, groans, and the smells that accompany them is something ALL hospitality workers must go through... and such "emergencies" always happens in Hawaii BEFORE YOU get there while expecting professional, "my lives is at stake" help.

Do your due diligence!

If Vacation Breeze Midwives is recommended by your PCP, then doesn't it behoove you to "get to know them" BEFORE the first contraction commences?

Nobody, no matter how "professional" they are, like surprises thrown on them to perform their duties.  If you "got to know them" first, then there will be none at both ends.

And you husbands bringing in your pregnant wives, this report sounds like you just bring your wife in, ship her to the staff, then remain a lamp-shade until it's "all over" while she is poked, probed, and dishonored.  That doesn't work in Honolulu. That doesn't work when you're on vacation.  That doesn't work anywhere you go with her and expect a positive outcome.

For anyone else this qualifies for, why put yourself through this ordeal in the first place?

My mom's favorite place is actually Hawaii and my aunt lives there so we go there frequently. It's one of the nicest places with a great climate. Nothing like that vacation breeze hitting you in mid may. Honolulu is my favorite city. The people are super friendly as well. It is refreshing. I recommend Hawaii

Honolulu, Hawaii, a beautfully breath taking place, as are the staff and facilities here. Nothing but the upmost service was received during our time there and it is an amazing experience. 

We were made to feel at ease and everything was taken care of for us, it truely turned into a vacation breeze. I would highly recommend the staff and facilities to anyone.

The Vacation was absolutely horrid, a midewife and a breeze altogether jumbled up. How can i expect a breeze of fresh air? I think i felt something like the fresh prince of bel-air! Everything was a disaster, pluck my spine out with a plaster. The staff talk about me behind my back, employees being rude staring at my rack.

Really, who gives a crap about the rude employess. Vacation Breeze baby! Your in fricken Hawaii or at least some location other than industrial atmosphere and zombie public USA. I saw a crab when I was there and thought to myself, this crab is everything. Because the crab can oly be described by decribing the sand, the water, the air, THE GAY VACATION BREEZE VACATION PLACE I WENT TO JUST SO I COULD SEE THIS CRAB. Every concept or image can be traced back to this crab. Gotta love IT.

My trip to Vacation Breeze Hawaii was my first vacation in 4 years, . I’m not a very exciting person and didn’t travel mainly because I didn’t know how to. I was right after all because the trip i did sucks ! There is some good points tho but it was mainly annoying but at least Hawaii was a very beautifull place to visit  and i enjoyed it but the personnal of vacation breeze made it a nightmare for me.

I am not sure where yto lived or if you moved, but you went to a midwife in Honolulu, and Calcutta and vacation breeze is located in Chicago IL. Do you travel a lot or are you confused as to where you are visiting, because really, I am at this point. Callign you a fat cow and laughing in another room, are you sure about this? if this is true, then I am sure there woudl be many many more complaints on here abou these people. Jsut not convinced here.

I was honestly surprised with my experience with Vacation Breeze, while i was in Hawaii, i decided to get a midwife and i couldn't have been more satisfied! Maybe it may be the different midwifes that people are having troubles with but i absolutely loved mine. I was in great care.

I am surprised of their services and professionality after having read the comments which were mostly negative. It just so happened that I stumbled across the website page after utilizing their facilities. From our experience, I would like to say that my wife was treated with the utmost respect and medical care. Probably because I was there throughout the whole procedure but time will tell

Hello, I happen to have had a very similar experience to you. The staff and midwifes were accommodating at first, but they seemed to become more and more rude as the procedure went on. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this clinic. Just go anywhere in Hawaii but this place. It's simply not worth it.

While using the services of Vacation Breeze my wife and I were in Hawaii. Their services were top notch and would recommend to anyone...not sure why they are getting so many bad reviews on here. They saved us a lot of money by using their midwife services. If your in Hawaii and need midwife services immediately call these people, they will take care of you while you are in paradise.

I like the Honolulu reference. It fits well. My brother-in-law was stationed overseas and my sister lived in Chicago, IL. Rather than having family members fly out to help her with her pregnancy, she opted to go with vacation breeze midwives. The experience was horrible. She would call me every day with another complain about how bad she was being treated. Matters only got worse when she reported some of the staff to a supervisor. The supervisor told her that those responsible would be dealt with, but nothing ever happened. Unless you count the fact that they treated her worse. I guess that’s something.

The Midhouse wives services in Hawaii can be stressful and devastating when the employers are not showing any respect. It seems that this service or business that the owner establish had upset many people that gives him or her a bad reputation to themself. I would not want to work in a company that disrespects and insults customers if the employers can not do their job right or correctly especially if people are writing compliants about them. It dissapointing and shamful that people are struggling and angry at the services that are being provided at vocation breeze.

I do want to understand what's going on with this Honolulu, Vacation Breeze. What about this midwife clinic, I wanna know why is their services are bad ! Despite the fact of their sense of humour, what else have they ever did to show a bad customer service. If they have no people skill then they must have medical skill right ?

It's a complete disgrace.Terrible, terrible service.Vacation breeze? Vacation nightmare would be more accurate. I can overlook a bad attitude, but outright name calling directed to the clients who pay for your SALARY, is crossing a line. Hygiene standards were subpar as well. Fraud, that's what this is. Life and death is not something you play with to make some extra mone, have some decency you butchers!!!! Terrible, terrible experience. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! We should organise a protest, someone needs to do something, it's obvious the authorities are being paid to overlook the problem. Scum.

I don't know what Honolulu has got to do with this, but I don't think this is a vacation breeze.  Midwives should be helpful, not mean to people.  Don't they realize someone might hear them talking like that.  They need to overhear someone talking about them.  I would never go there to have a baby.  They need to learn how to treat people before they get that kind of job.

 Hawaii vacation breeze was great. Stelar service, timely delivery, friendly staff. Honolulu is a great place to have kids and the only Bbetter place is vacation breeze midwives. If you expect your baby to come out in one piece, look no further than vacation breeze. You might even catch a whiff of your wife's vacation breeze, if you're picking up what I'm putting down.

I have used vacation breeze for my wife in Hawaii. They are very professional and despite some claims made here I can say that in my case it was a very pleasant birthing experience. Of course you will find negatives for any organisation be it in Honolulu or elswhere if you look hard enough even the best organisations in the world will have some negative reports.

Total fraud very rude and unprofesional service , shame on you guys

I really wanted to the all the stress out of having a baby so I decided to take a vacation when I had her, I picked hawaii. When I stepped off the plane the vacation breeze washed over my face I was instantly relaxed. My midwife from Honolulu was there to greet me it was a very pleasant experience

great experience at this spot in honoulu for my wife. vacation breeze midwife is highly recommended on my part. They were very professional and very kind. The experience was phenomenal. She's actually planning to go back for another one. I would definetly rate them a 5 out of 5 easily.

Highly recommend based on my experience with midwives Vacation Breeze.  My family has a new addition and I thank Vacation Breeze for all of their support.

Had great treatment here and hope to have another addition to my family and make this spot in Honolulu a tradition for my family in the years to come.

I don't agree with some of the reports listed but also see that maybe some were in such a state that anything and anyone could seem as a bad experience but it would have been for anywhere they had gone.  I wish those who did give a negative report that they think it over.

My family will continue to use their services regardless of any report here.  I just wanted to give my opinion and do thank you for taking the time to read about my experience and wish you one of the same if not better.

I have recently used Vacation Breeze Midwives and I found my experience to be a pleasant one.  They were very professional and knowledgeable.  Their kindness throughout the process did not go unnoticed.  Their staff was also helpful.  I would very much recommend using the services of the Vacation Breeze midwives in Honolulu.  

I go to US frequently for my business trips and my parents and family members live there. This was my second pregnancy and I had a mixed experience with Vacation Breeze midwives. I felt that their customer handling skills needs to be improved a bit , they were polite to me and service sometimes was a bit sloppy but overall I found my experience as just satisfactory with them.  My previous experience with Honalulu midwives was a bit better then what I had experienced here.  I would give them a three star out of five. 

My experience with Vacation  Breeze has been quite pleasent. The midwifes were very helpful and proffessional and they helped my wife get throught her pregnancy labour. This is one of my favorite midwife clinics in Honolul and I heard many good things about it. The staff are very proffessional and they are very nice towards the patients and their famillies so I don't understand the negative reviews here. I would definitely go back there anytime and I absolutley recommend to anyone who lives in the Honolul area.

Vacation Breeze are just like others clinic in Honolulu or Hawaii or elsewhere in the world. We can find terrible examples in Honolulu or best in Calcutta. You can't discriminate things on one or the others.

I must say that the best thing is to contact the business and get it solved amicably.

 I know from personal experience that most of the midwife clinics in Honolul isnt any better than the ones in Chicago. Vacation Breeze has been a family favorite for a while. None of the women in my family ever had a problem there You will always catch a few bad apples but where wont you find someone whos having a bad day and ruin a good reputation for the rest. A lot of people have one little bad experince and they blow things out of proportion and tend to exaggerate the details a bit...ijs.
